I was quoted $1220 for an enclosed carrier form Montana to Nevada. The car arrived promptly with no damage. To my surprize, the car arrived on a OPEN CARRIER, which my quoted price was $619. I had to pay the $1220 to get my car. Magic Carpet dispatch provided the wrong type of carrier and charged me for an enclosed carrier. While I feel this was a honest mistake. They could have DONE THE RIGHT THING and refunded their broker fee(it was their mistake). They refused to do so and told me I "was outta luck" because the owner of the car in Montana released it to the open carrier and driver." Whatever response they provide is a manipulation of the truth. If you use this company,beware of their questionable billing procedures and integrity.
