I called around the first of july and by the next day had a carrier to take my vehicle to FL. I wasnt quite ready for it to leave that quickly (Thought it would take longer to find a truck) so i rescheduled the earliest pickup date to be the 15th. On the 16th got an email that a truck would be here the next day to get my car. Unfortunately the truck broke down and Magic had to find me another carrier. The process was pretty quick and only took a day to get a new carrier. Communication with the driver wasnt all that good until he had my car and after that, he and the trucking CO gave me updates on the status of delivery and adequate prior notice on the pickup time in FL. Over all, this was a great experience.
