After 3 hours of searching for a company that could ship my automobile the next day I finally reached Malia at Magic Carpet Transport. I had never needed to have an automobile transported before and the quick time line made it even more stressful. Malia was great, very patient with my lack of knowledge and even gave me her cell number to call her later (by now it was after 9pm) and she would put in the order from her home computer. When I called back (almost an hour and a half later) she took the order and walked me through the process with ease.
The next morning the stress started back up when I found out that I needed to have it delivered PRIOR to the agreed time. With grace and a great sense of humor she got that handled for me as well with no extra charge. It's nice to know when so many companies have leveraged customer service for lower price I could get both from Malia and the staff at Magic Carpet Auto Transport.
