After months of looking for a smart car here in Northern California and not wanting to wait a year and a half from the dealer I finally found the model and color I wanted on EBay motors. I put in a bid and won. After much searching and getting quotes from a number of transport brokers, I came upon Transport Reviews. Of the companies I contacted based on overall good reviews I decided to go with Magic Carpet. From the first conversation prior to giving them my order to the follow up call after my car was delivered, they were absolutely on top of it. Everyone I talked to was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The car was picked up and delivered by a terrific trucker and his wife who even gave me their cell phone numbers so I could keep in contact as they drove across the country. Regularly, during transport, Magic Carpet emailed me updates so I was not surprised when the carrier called to tell me they would be delivering my car that afternoon. I highly recommend Magic Carpet to anyone looking for first rate service.
