I'd like to cancel the order due to unpleasant communicating experience with MCAT. Initially it's hard to get the assigned agent to call me back after 3 phone calls and an email within 2 days. then when I asked some question to the operator this afternoon around 2 o'clock, the lady was so inpatient, she can't wait for me to finish my question, and cut me off saying something irrelevant to my question.
