The driver showed a couple DAYS before the earliest possible pickup, and there was a little pressure to get him loaded up, but he was really friendly and had my truck professionally and securely loaded with no damage or half-assed rigging. Driver was good about staying in communication and I wish I could have left him a bigger tip!
Magic Carpet was good about staying in communication and returned ALL of my calls promptly, and that's BIG in my book. This was my first transport and although Magic Carpet was not the cheapest, they came highly recommended and now I know why! I won't use anyone else, especially now that I know what to expect.
