My initial conversation with the company was with Mike Link. VCery nice man.
My car was picked up and my buddy sent me a text that he had signed for it and it was on it's way. Two days later I had still heard from Mike that my car had been picked up. I called and left a message as well as sent a text asking waht was happening and where was my car. That was 7 days ago. I still have had no response. Nothing except for a standard email thanking me for using them and telling me if I gave them a 5 Star review my name would be placed in a drawing which if I won, they would refund me my cost of shipping.
I finnalt got fed up with no response and called the company he worked for. I spoke to a lovely woman named Erin. She was terrific and answered all my questions. She said she worked 6 days a week and to call any time. She explained that my car was picked up 2 days early and to expect it Sunday or Monday.
I received a call a few days ago saying my car was on it's way. It was in Phoenix and should arrive Monday or Tuesday.
Today is Sunday and I have called 4 times. Each time a recording said al of our agents are busy. Leave a number and they will call me back. The first time I went to leave a message, it beeped that I had run out of time. I left two other messages over the next 2-3 hours. So far no one has returned my call. My sense is no one is really working on Sunday.
I ship a lot of cars and this has been the worse experience I have ever had. If you're thinking of shipping car, stay away from these people. Beware, the same company is working under a number of different names. Cascade, Magic Caroet, etc. Avoid these folks. Very nice on the phone….after that forget it.

Our sales rep, Mike, has been dealing with medical issues with his elderly mother and has had to take off unexpectedly on several occasions. Our office is usually closed on Sundays so I am sorry you could not reach anyone. We take pride in our customer service and do our best to provide each and every customer with 5 STAR SERVICE and again extend our apologies to you. We only work under Cascade Vehicle Shipping but do however have 5 sister companies in our brokerage firm. Thank you again for your feedback as it helps us learn where we need improvement.
