Initial contact pleasant, knowledgeable and price was good compared to the dozen other submissions received. As we got closer to the available date no contacts and only one offer that came in a couple of days later. The pick up was 3 days later than expected. The delivery was close to the 7-10 days promised and vehicle was in good shape. Could have been much worse.
