Lori did an excellent job from the initial phone interview to the final follow up phone call to make certain the delivery was completed. Loir was punctual, informative, accurate. She is a fine representative of your company. I would use your services again because of her friendliness and her customer concern. My only concern was that the car exterior was encased in mud and road grime when it reached the destination- that lies with the carrier, not with Lori
