Very satisfactory service. One call to Malia and she did the rest. Prompt email and telephone follow-up for quote, contract, status and post delivery. She is pleasant to talk to and seems to truly enjoy her job - that is rare these days. The price quote was in line with what I expected to pay.
The driver (Walter) called on the scheduled date to set up delivery, he arrived on time (within 5 mintues of his expected arrival) and had the vehicle unloaded and in the driveway within minutes. Despite 95+ temps, he did his job with a smile.
I have used other transport companies in the past, but MC has made me realize that I ws missing out on some very high quality service. I'll stick with them from now on. I'd not hesistate to recommend to anyone.
