Lori was helpful and diligent in both setting up the shipment and checking up on it. This was especially useful and a tad complicated because I needed my car picked up directly from Manhattan (a lot of carriers try to get you to drive your car out to NJ).

She almost always answered her phone or called me back within a half hour. For a stressful shipment, she helped make it pretty seamless.
