I wish I could have used them.

I originaly signed up with Silva Auto Transport. After about 1 week they said a truck was on it's way to pick up my vehicle. About 5 days later, after I called them to check on the status, I was told that the truck had broken down and could not make the pick up. After another coule of days, again after I called to check the status, I cancelled with them. I checked around and called Magic Carpet and spoke to Amy. She was very informative and told me exactly how the process worked, something Silva had told me nothing about. The main difference between the two companies is customer service. Silva never called me, I had to call them to get informaiton. Amy at Magic Carpet called me 3-4 times during the two weeks I was with them to give me updates. Unfortunately, because the pick up and drop off locations are so out of the way and two weeks were waisted with Silva, I decided to drive the 1000 miles (one way) and pick up the vehicle myself.
Even though Magic Carpet did not deliver my vehicle I would not hesitate to use them again.
