The agent was knowledgeable and honest, and claimed he was making calls and working hard on my behalf to find transport for me, but it didn't happen within my 10 day pickup window. They eventually found me shipping, but it was far too late to meet my needs. I was very disappointed. It was not a price issue, as I was willing to pay hundreds more for the shipment, but they couldn't find my someone to meet my schedule.
