I was a bit worried about shipping my beloved Jeep across such a long distance from Idaho to Massachusetts. Brandon was always prompt with returning my phone calls, if I wasn't able to reach him with an initial contact, and helped to ease my worries. He demonstrated depth of knowledge about the process from beginning to end. He was not only an employee that could speak to details, but had also shipped vehicles before, so was able to relay that experience as well. In addition he was friendly and knew of my order, creating a personalized touch. While there was some miscommunication, initially, in terms of the driver, about pick up, my Jeep arrived early, to meet my needs and in great condition.
