There were some minor cliches, but the overall responsiveness of the Company was commendable. I initially make the choice to use Magic Carpet Auto Transport, even though their quote was $200+ more than some others I had received, based on Brandi's great telephone manner she made me feel that she was truly interested in getting this vehicle to my son who was arriving in the States from Australia. I later learned that she was a new employee and maybe this caused a couple of the cliches, but her pleasantness more than made up for it!
