After I was "stood up" by Premier Auto Transport, I was scrambling to find a quality broker to help me get a Honda Odyssey wheelchair minivan purchased through eBay to our home ASAP. I did a bunch more research and found that Magic Carpet had the highest recent ratings even after I confirmed that all paid-for reviews that "might" have been present were stripped out from the results.

Lori Heasley was the rep that picked up when I called and she immediately made me feel that she understood our critical need (we were without wheelchair transportation after selling our previous van) and was ready to start immediately working on getting a carrier to move our Honda. It took several days and it was enclosed rather than open - higher cost - but at least we now had a carrier.

I was stressing out about possibly being charged enclosed rates when the van might have been on a huge open carrier and Lori instantly got the driver to take a picture of the monster tandem enclosed rig so I would be at ease.

On delivery day, Lori called several times to keep me updated! After fits and starts with the carrier, ultimately this was a job well done! I'd highly recommend Lori Heasley Magic Carpet Auto Transport! They're not the cheapest but they're not the most expensive - bottom line, whether jobs get picked up is about whether the drivers are properly compensated for their work. Clearly they have the formula down more than some of the other brokers we tried to work with but failed. Go Magic Carpet!
