I had a lot of problems trying to get my van shipped to California from Maryland due to high fuel prices, etc. Magic Carpet was upfront and honest with me and worked with me to get the job done. I had to raise the price a few times to get my truck here, but that was better for me than just sitting for a month and a half with two other carriers and no headway. The customer service was top notch and when there was a glitch in communication between the shipping company and the carrier, they took responsiblity and made it right. I would suggest using Magic Carpet the first time and saving your time as my experience with them was worlds better than with three other carriers.
