Jeff Vigue of Magic Carpet Auto Transport provided consistently outstanding service from the beginning to the end of my car shipment. I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering having their car shipped.

After making the mistake of initially choosing a different auto transport company that let me fall through the cracks, I called Jeff on a Saturday morning just a few days before I needed my car to be picked up in the Bay Area. Jeff's professionalism was apparent right away. Jeff promised to work his hardest over the weekend and on Monday morning to find a carrier for my car, which could have proven difficult, given the short notice that I gave him. True to his word, he called me back on Monday morning and had found a carrier to pick up my car by my cutoff date.

In contrast to the first auto transport company that I had tried to use, Jeff kept me updated continually about the status of my shipment. I appreciated knowing what was going on and not having to worry about whether I would be forgotten. In addition, Jeff was very friendly and courteous during our telephone calls.

My car was picked up in California and delivered in Washington State by a good driver, and was even dropped off safely a bit ahead of schedule, which was perfect for me.

If you would like a positive car-shipping experience, I recommend Jeff and Magic Carpet Auto Transport enthusiastically.
