Jeff did a good job with getting my car from a rural area in Illinois out to urban area around San Francisco, CA. The route was not high-traffic so finding a carrier to pick up my car took a bit longer. I was anticipating 8-10 days but it was closer to 15 days to find the carrier, again due to the route.
Here's the numbers:

1. Time to work out / agree to brokerage cost, and shipping cost: 1 day, Jeff was good about that, and prompt on the emails. I hate having to call, email was efficient.

2. Time to get confirmation from a carrier to pick up load: 15 days.

3. Time from initial inquiry to actual pickup: 17 days.

4. Time from pick up to delivery: 7 days.

5. Cost increase from initial estimate: +$150.

The cost increase of $150 was good, I was very happy about this number since I was getting estimates from other shipping companies at around $1400+, so I had to wait a few more days to find the carrier, but in the end the increase wasn't that bad at all. In fact, I have to give Jeff credit - when I asked if we should increase the cents/mile bid, he said we should hang on at the current rate and wait a few days. Saving me money is always a good idea.

I would recommend Jeff. All in all, satisfied, would use again. No I have not been paid to submit this review - I wish I had, cause then I would have saved more money :) But at least my review is unbiased, but I have to give credit where credit is due - Jeff's number: 360-853-2829.
