My car was picked up and delivered right on time. The only hassle was that the car was dirty on arrival at Honolulu and Matson required me to sign that the car was in good condition without truly being able to see it. Once it leaves the lot, it's no longer their responsibility. But that is not the fault of Magic Carpet Transport. They did exactly what they promised and their customer service was great.
