After receiving at least a dozen phone calls and emails from other transport companies, and not knowing which to use, a friend recommended Magic Carpet Auto Transport. She had used them recently for a move across the country and raved about how fast they were. So, without thinking twice, I signed up. My husband and I were also making a cross-country move, and after having a disastrous experience with our movers, we crossed our fingers that our little SUV would be safely transported across the U.S. Not only did it arrive just fine, but it also arrived in record time. My vehicle was picked up on a Thursday in Utah, and delivered the very next Tuesday in Massachusetts. Other than not giving me 24 hours notice about my vehicle arriving that day (which I didn't mind leaving work early to go retrieve my car), I have zero complaints. Their customer service was great, and Brandon Bond, who I initially talked to when making reservations could not have been nicer or more friendly. Five stars all around.
