I had a great experience with Magic Carpet. The car was picked up one day after the promised date, but the company called me to find out if the driver had been in contact and then called back with information regarding the new time. The day of the pick-up they called again to find if the driver had been in contact and then put us on the phone with him. They met us at an offsite location (the carrier was too big for residential streets) and were friendly and professional. The driver arrived in CA one day early and again, met me offsite at a location of my choosing. The car itself was dirty, but that's because it was on an open carrier. It was intact and undamaged. Out of all of the reviews I read online, Magic Carpet had the most reassuring. I would definitely use them again.
