The initial contact was great and a prior use of this service to transport a car from Oregon to D.C was great. This was terrible after the initial contact. The transporter said he would pick up the car at noon. He called at 5 to say he would arrive at 7. He arrived after 8 pm.
The car was to arrive Tuesday by 7 pm. Did not arrive. When driver called he said Wednesday evening. Did not arrive, when called he said he was in Northern CA, had crossed border. Where had car been for last 96 hours? We will never know. Said car would arrive on Thursday.
Thursday am driver called around 9, said he was in L.A. (dlievery site) and would arrive at noon.
2 pm, driver called, said he was in Commerce and would arrive in an hour.
Finally car arrived at nearly 4 pm.
UNSATISFACTORY, ANXIETY PROVOKING, #NEVERAGIAIN

Dan, we are so sorry you had such a terrible experience with this carrier. This type of service is not the normal for us either. We will place this carrier on the Do Not Use list. Once again, I apologize for this carrier.
