The driver was nice and professional. My car was picked up and delivered on time. The representatives were responsive and helpful. Overall a nice experience. The price did go up a little a few days prior to the pick up date, but considering the bad experiences my friends had with other companies, I would give Magic Carpet a 5 star for this time.
