Very pleased - I travel a lot and Magic Carpet was able to work within my availability windows for pickup and dropoff, which was the critical reason I chose them. The driver was nice and helpful, and went out of his way to help us load the car from a difficult location. The transport was the simplest part of this vehicle purchase, and I thought it would be the worst, so I'm very pleased. The new car is home in my garage with no damage, just needing a wash from the road trip in an open carrier - no complaints.
