This was my first time having to ship my car, and thankfully my husbands work is going to reimburse us for the cost of it. If not, I would be very disappointed and would have fought for a discount once my car arrived. Jeff Vigue was nice and attempted to accommodate me, but the driving company he set up the move with was ridiculous.Jeff apologized numerous times but after 3 days of waiting, and dealing with nonsense from the driving company he still would not set me up with another company. He also asked that I call him at certain times if I hadn't heard from the driving companies, but I believe he should have called them and found out what was going on before making me wait. I received a call the afternoon before my car was to be picked up saying that they were there at my home to pick up my car. Not only was I unaware that they were coming that day I never received the phone call the night before/morning of that they would be coming, and since they were early I was at work and couldn't have my car picked up. Then the next day, the day they were supposed to pick up my car, a man called me in the morning said "Hello" then asked me to hold on then hung up on me. I assumed it was a wrong number and didn't call back. Come to find out from Jeff that it was the driver and he was in the area but his "truck broke down". I believe this was an excuse so I would not be irritated with the very very poor customer service. Finally the next day a somewhat competent man called and said he would be picking up my car that day a day late, he did not arrive until 9pm, which I thought was very late and inconsiderate. 5 days later I received a phone call from a driver that my car was still in Los Angeles, and would be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. When my car finally arrived on Sunday, it was a disgusting mess. I understand I had it shipped uncovered, but I did not expect it to have oil be dripped all over it and have to wash it 3 times for it to almost come off all the way. The biggest disappointment of them all is that my car was delivered smelling like cigarette smoke, and I do not smoke and it never smelled like this prior to this delivery, and had some type of dusty dirt on the seats and steering wheel. As I said, if I were not being reimbursed for this move I would fight the cost it was to ship here, because by all means it was not the cheapest offer I received but I thought it would ensure an at least decent job at delivering my car with ease.

Carrie, I am sorry you had such a bad experience and I apologize for not doing a better job for you. I will be happy to give this carrier a negative rating and put them on the do not use list.
