Adequate service, questionable business ethics.

Solid B for the job. Though the cost ended up being a bit higher than the original estimate, the car was picked up and delivered on time across the country with no more problems than soap and a hose-down could solve. However, Magic Carpet's policy is to prompt customers to give good reviews by providing a raffle incentive for a refund if positive (or 5 star) review is given and its agent continued contacting me inconveniently even when I expressed that I did not wish to be contacted about this. I have no trust for a company which actively works to inflate its image unfairly and out of proportion to the quality of service in order to garner more business for itself, and therefore to deprive potential customers of better service by a more honest company. Please be wise to these underhanded tactics.
