This was my first experience shipping a vehicle. I was very concerned about what to expect, and the potential for damage to my vehicle during transport. After reading a ton of reviews on line, I contacted Magic Carpet Auto Transport. I peppered Casey with a bunch of questions regarding their service, and after he put my mind at ease, I agreed to give it a shot. Casey is great, he called me with updates, and options for who was interested in picking up my van. I questioned the safety record of the company that was bidding on the van transport, and he again put my mind at ease with a quick email showing their safety and satisfaction record for this carrier. Euro Auto Transport called me after they picked up the van, arranged the meeting place and time, and when I arrived, my van was already unloaded and running with the heat on - GREAT SERVICE! Paul the driver inspected the van with me, I paid the fee, and we were done. No issues and a completely seamless transaction. I'm not sure if I am extremely lucky or not, but my experience was very positive. I would not hesitate to call Casey at Magic Carpet to move my next vehicle.
