Overall, I was very satisfied with this company. They matched a lower quote for me which was one plus and my vehicle (a scooter) arrived very clean, in perfect shape and the day after it was picked up. The driver was great that delivered it as well. They promised my scooter would be picked up in 1-7 days and that it typically happens sooner they ended up keeping their promise and it was picked up on day 7. However, I had to call and get them to be a little more aggressive to put the request through; when I called on day 6 they said things in the industry have been a little slow due to gas prices etc so they could no longer promise 7....when a little frustration was expressed I received good news the very next day and had my scooter on day 9! Overall great company and would use them again 100%
