Delivery and pickup were on time. No problems with transport. Susan Garrison was a pleasure to deal with and made sure I was kept informed of shipment progress. The front end pricing was poorly handled, however. The initial bid- possibly computer generated- was way below the price that the market demanded for my job, forcing me to up my offer several times before I could secure a carrier. I have used Magic Carper twice now, and would use them again.

Yeah definitely the original quote was computer generated but after speaking with you and changing it, it actually went for only $50 more than I suggested. There were many vehicles needing shipped along your route. I'm glad I could help get it moved for you. Take care, Sue
