These are not only cheater but also liars who never follow up on order placed and take customer for granted.
Absolutely shocking! Promised to have collected time and time again, but always some excuse. Finally after waiting for close to 6 days and accumulated $250 worth of storage fee , they decided to cancel the job and force me to book with another carrier. Seriously, save yourself the grief and book with some one reliable and honest up front!

Mike...This was the second transport you had booked with me in 2 weeks. The first went off without a hitch within 3 days of placing your order. Both vehicles were inoperable flood damage cars from the hurricane. The 2nd IAA location was on Long Island which was more difficult for the initial dispatch. The day you placed your order...Thursday we had a carrier who wanted to pick up your Accord but the insurance auction had not received your payment for the purchase of said vehicle. Friday mid day you gave me the green light to have it picked up. The Auction was closed on SAT/SUN a so those days were out. IAA Auctions do not charge storage fees on weekends nor do they within five days of buying your Auto. You canceled your order with me on Tuesday morning and chose to go another direction with the pickup. We had nothing to do with ant storage fees and are explicit in letting our customers know that 1 to 7 days is standard to have one's vehicle picked up from the time it is available for our driver to receive it. Your review is unfair, not accurate and you seem to have unreal expectations. Greg Bailey
