I had never used a transport service before and was fairly overwhelmed by the number of phone calls and e-mails I received once I requested a quote on-line. I was contacted by several companies that gave me a variety of quotes within $100 of each other and felt pressured by each of them to book immediately. One service suggested I go to transportreviews.com to see that they were rated 5 star. I did so immediately and decided that I would start at the top of the list with the #1 rated company and go from there. Magic Carpet was the first name on the list and Kaleigh was the agent that answered the call. She was pleasant, friendly and actually took the time to explain the whole 'business' of transporting; How the process worked, how payment would need to be made, who and what we were paying for, etc. She was patient with all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease. I continued down the list through the 5th ranked company and was never quite as comfortable as I was speaking with Kaleigh. I contacted Kaleigh back on Saturday to set-up the service, she contacted me back later that day and had the transport set up for that Monday. The car was delivered on Wednesday just as promised. If I were ever to need to transport another car, I would not hesistate to contact Magic Carpet again and request to speak to Kaleigh directly. I would also not hesitate to recommend their services to others. Thanks to Kaleigh my daughter's car was delivered in perfect shape in a timely manner!

You were such a pleasure to work with, and I'm so happy that all of your questions were answered and you were pleased with the service provided. I know that learning how this business works can really surprise people sometimes, but, if they are made aware of how this industry works from the beginning, they can better anticipate their transport, and it can help them plan better and be more aware of what could happen. When customers are made to think this industry works differently than it does, it can really mess with their plans or individual situations, so it's always nice to know exactly what to expect, rather than think you are getting one type of service and then have a completely different experience when it's all said and done. I'm so glad that your transport went so well, and that your daughter now has her car, safe and sound! If you ever need to ship again, please give me a call!
