First of all,
Sue was changed her mind and the price that agreed with me from $1070 to $1175 in 1st deal (after I signed papers for $1070 she did nothing just hold my car 3 days not shipping), then I must ask her why is my car not ship? what is the reason not ship it please let me know? she said nothing just increased the fee from $1070 to 1175!? Because I signed on paper already and do not want to find other shipper, I pay her $1175 for quickly move my car back from FL to OR. What is unpleasant here when I must pay her more $105! I do not know why she has not keep her promises as she said she discount for my son who services in US Airforce in Florida! I still keep 1st deal $1070 that Sue sent to me as an evidence!

The second things,
Delivery guys lost my BMW Z4 while delivered my car! (they paid me fee to replace new one!). But now I must contact BMW dealer to make new key...many things needed to do to get my car can run again...

Do not want to use this company again when they do not keep their promises.

sue@magicarpetautotransport.com 360-952-1742 Hanh, Very sorry that the language barrier left you confused. After we spoke, I even sent you an email laying out how this business works. You are the one who wanted to price match with another company at the $1070 and I advised against it. I also not only gave the $25 normal discount for military, but actually gave you a $75 discount off the broker fee. I am always very thorough in explaining this business as you can see in my very many 5 star reviews. You placed your order on Feb 4 and I had a carrier for you on Feb 7. That is better than the industry standard. Also, you never signed any paperwork and I told you from the beginning you were never obligated to anything until your vehicle was picked up and you have to agree to the terms of the carrier before we release him to you, which you did. Inever charged your card the deposit until you agreed to the everything and your vehicle was in transit. I spent a lot of time with you on the phone and was always available when you called and emailed. I did provide you with 5 star service and I was always 100% upfront and honest with you. I do hope that if you decide to post reviews for people in the future, you make sure you know what you are talking about first.
