I was very pleased with customer service of this company. I had a lot of worries about shipping my car, but sue made the process about 50x easier than I expected and eased my mind completely! She kept me updated with every new piece of information and walked me step by step through the procedure. Everything was smooth sailing until the first carrier I had fell through, out of her control. But she was able to find me a new carrier within hours! Overall, I would recommend this company to anybody, Sue especially.

sue@magiccarpetautotransport.com 360-952-1742 direct! Thanks Danielle for that very nice review. Whew, I was sweating it out when that 1st carrier had to cancel. We never like to see that happen but he didn't know until he picked up his previous load that they were flood cars and the risk to your car would have been too great so the right decision was made. Luckily the turn-a-round time for finding a new carrier wasn't bad. "Fortunately I keep my feathers numbered for just such an emergency." LOL Thanks again, Sue
