I purchased a truck for our shop online and un-inspected from MN and needed it shipped to northern IL. So like anyone who knows nothing about vehicle transportation I went online and entered the info to some website that said they would provide an instant online quote.
Boom, my office phone blows up for 3 hours, my inbox floods with messages, my boss and co-workers instantly think Im crazy for putting my real email and my real phone number in the quote request.
Then the fun starts, I now have to sort through 100 brokers who all promise everyone else is a scum bag and they are the only honest ones in the business. So I came here and looked over reviews. Then I called the top 4 brokers.
Sue is the only one who was straight forward about the process. She was the only one who didnt push, pressure or bad mouth her competitors. So I booked with her.
She delivered big time! Truck was picked up early, delivered early, and not once was it hard to get a hold of her. Thanks Sue, YOU ROCK!
