I'd worked with several brokers before choosing MCAT. The industry is rife with lowballers and ineptitude and the lack of communication was tiring. Overall my experience with mcat was very good. What I value most is customer service - competitive rates falls a close second. My contact Casey was responsive and direct throughout the process. Pricing was somewhere in the middle (ideal spot for reliable shipping) but overall service was excellent.
