Great communication! It did take a couple of days for Magic Carpet to find a truck to pick up my car, but that is to be expected and was worth it for the very low price. Once they found someone, they let us know via email that it would be picked up that very day, and it arrived in one day's time. I would most certainly use Magic Carpet again!
