Don was able to help me amazingly fast. I had gone with another broker/company that had promised pickup in 5-10 days, and it did not happen, in fact, no signs of anything for several weeks, even after increasing the price for the truckers. I spoke with the other company about the pickup location possibly making it difficult (in the middle of nowhere) and being willing to move my vehicle to another location for possible faster pickup. I was assured that it would not make any difference. I learned that that broker/company was located at the opposite end of the country and did not know the lay of the land. When I spoke with Don, he was very familiar with my location and assured me that he could arrange a trucker to pick up the vehicle in 10 days if I was indeed willing to move it to a better location, which I did, over the weekend. The first pick-up day of the 10 was Monday, and Don had a truck driver that picked up the vehicle that Monday! And for an excellent price - thank you, Don!! Amazing, and awesome! Just wish I had gone with Don at Magic Carpet sooner. Don was up-front and honest and did his best to help in every way possible. I enjoyed working with Don, the communication was excellent, with a quick response of my phone calls, and I would highly recommend him to you; call Don Edwards for excellent, professional 5-star service!! 360-694-9297.
