Car delivery....beyond expectations

There was a delay ( about 5-7 days) re the time my car was promised to be delivered to me in Brooklyn. But hurricane Sandy brought forth major problems, that is, getting my car to me from Newark,NJ due to flooding, limited access to bridges and tunnels to Brooklyn,etc. Kathy called me daily, even 3 times daily, with updates, even having me go to Newark directly and nicely offer a slight rebate to do so. But, as promised, Kathy and your company came through and my car was delivered to me, belatedly (thank you Sandy), in front of my front door, and I was happy.
Thank you for your great service and keeping me in the loop when changes happened.
