Jeff was professional and helpful and realistic. He was not pushy and trying to inflate and exaggerate just to make a sales booking. He was also patient and informative when I called him on numerous occasions. The information he provided was accurate. Given the short time frame that I gave him, he was able to get a very good deal for me and also with the good deal he was able to transport my car in the time frame that I wanted. I did get the car in NH pretty much when I arrived.

The only one additional thing I would add is that the level of communication between the actual drivers and customers should be a little more stream lined. I know that Magic Carpet is a brokerage firm and drivers are independent but if there was some way that the communication could improve between drivers and the actual customers that would make it ideal.

Also want to thank the driver Mike and his crew for transporting my car (and yes I was able to put things in the car quite a bit actually !!)

So I would definitely recommend Magic carpet and I would definitely use them again. Thanks Jeff for all your help You the MAN!!!
