With not having transported a vehicle at my own expense, we had through the military, we weren't sure what to expect.

One thing that was very important to me was that I would be funding the entire expense, as my son was the recipient of the vehicle, but I was only able to utilize my credit card to do so, didn't have the $1195 laying around. After some research. not ALL companies, very few for that matter, provide this option but Magic Carpet does.

After establishing the contract with Casey, he notified me that a truck would be available the next day. Now that's service. International Transport was our actual carrier. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable drivers. Our pickup was on Thursday, and they estimated delivery on Tuesday, which was better than the 7 - 10 days quoted. However.......mechanical issues with their truck delayed them in Atlanta. After contacting the main company of International Transport and discussing the delay, the company sent a 2 car carrier to Atlanta from South Carolina to pick up my son's car so it would make the 7-10 day delivery. I felt this was very commendable. The car arrived in South Carolina with no other issues.

My overall experience was great, and I really appreciated Casey following up on the pickup and the delivery of the vehicle. Looking for a shipping company....Go with Magic Carpet, and ask for Casey Jackson.
