Jeff was polite and answered all my questions. Quite different to some of the companies that I contacted who were pushy and rude. Comparable quote to other companies but Jeff took the extra time to explain the procedure. He kept in constant contact on pick and delivery via e-mail. The actual drivers were also courteous and the car arrived in good condition.
