I had not used a transport service before so Sue explained the broker process and my options and suggested a top load since it was a convertible. I was not in a rush, so she helped me look for a lower price. The car was ultimately picked up and delivered on time by a carrier from my area. I hope I don't have to use a service again to retrieve a broken car, but if I do, I will give Magic Carpet a call. Thanks to Sue for her help.
