Mis-communication, but overall good

I was given a quote from the rep. Lloyd and everything was good. He got me a transport right away, but gave me the wrong date for pick up. When I called back, Kathy took care of the mis-communication and said the transport company would pick up at another date. On the pick up date, the transport company told me that it would be late (pick up the next day), because the driver's truck broke down. I had to make arrangement to have someone else be there at the pick up. The next day for pick up, the transport company did not call and I had to call and try to call the Magic Carpet Auto Transport before they close, but got no response. I finally had contact with ST Tracking (transport co.) and made other arrangements for the car to be dropped off at their garage. Overall, it was a big headache. The broker was got us the transport co, but afterwards did not had any communication with them afterwards. I should have call them each day to get a update.
