Florida to Oregon Truck delivery

Magic Carpet and Sue was a much better experience to work with than we had with All USA moving services they took our money and we never did get our truck delivered. The only issue we had was with the trucking company, Pacific Auto Delivery Inc. we ordered an enlcosed trailer to cut down on dirt and rain and our truck arrived very dusty with alot of rain spots. The driver didn't give the truck enough clearance and the top of the truck was scratched up. To the drivers credit he offered to make good on the damage and we had the local paint shop come out for an estimate and the driver paid for the damage out of his own pocket. Sue did a great job on getting us booked quickly and made sure we were satisfied with the damage repair. We would definately use Magic Carpet again.

Although I wish damage never occurred in this business, it sometimes does. I'm very glad to hear that our carrier took immediate responsibility and paid for the repairs.
