So first off they say its going to be an extra 100 on top of the already higher quote then everyone else if i want someone to pick up my car. They broker it out to continental transpiration. they show up 12 hrs late. At 1 am my cars get picked up. My cars arrive in florida and I get a call some driver is treating my wife and 9 month old baby. sure enough its their driver because they TOTALED MY TRUCKS BACK END. Turns out insurance thinks they used a fork lift after they dropped my car to pick it up.
Magic carpet gave me two false insurance information sheets about them. Turns out there carrier was unlicensed uninsured by the DOT and left me with having to pay $2000 for the truck to get fixed. I would seriously not believe any of the good reviews after what I went thru. My number is 917-406-5571 if you want to talk to me about my experience. DO NOT USE THEM.

sue@magiccarpetautotransport.com 360-834-2900 Hi Jason, Yes the whole experience with the carrier was unfortunate and naturally we will not use them again. We had documentation on file that they were insured, but apparently they were working under fraudulent circumstances. There was no way for us to know until we were informed by you and their insurance company. As far as the extra $100 goes, that is just the nature of this business as I explained when you placed the order. We are at the mercy of the carriers to agree to the quote and let you know what the offer is if the quote is too low. It is always our aim to get the best price for you...and it works this way with all the brokers who provided quotes to you. Thanks to your transport, that carrier is no longer able to do business using the Central Dispatch Board, which I can understand that is not much consolation to you.
