This was my first time having a car shipped and I did a lot of research of all the options available. I solicited bids from, and received calls from, many companies. The price quoted for this job fell exactly in the middle of the range, which I found encouraging because while I didn't want to be overcharged, I didn't want to risk poor service, either. This company stood out not only for its high rating and reviews, but for 1. their very prompt responses and their attentiveness, and 2. they did not charge anything to my credit card until I confirmed that my car had been loaded and taken by the transporter. I paid the balance in cash to the driver when I picked up the car at the designated place, and he was extremely polite, charming, and helpful about the area (and did not even look inside the envelope I handed him, to see if the money was all there!). The car was in perfect condition; dusty from the road, but I just drove it through the car wash and it came out gleaming. I couldn't be happier with it! Jeff Vigue was in contact with me at every step of the way, and called afterward to find out whether I had received the car OK. Since my husband and I were driving to Florida from Massachusetts, which is a 3-day drive for us, we wanted the car picked up before we left and delivered after we arrived. Jeff was wonderful about seeing to it that it worked out exactly that way. I would definitely recommend them and use them again with confidence.
