I was searching for a top rated service provider and found Magic carpet with a number of good reviews. So I decided to go with them. Brandon contacted me and told it will be delivered in 5 days time. Since he was under-quoting for the carrier, none of them took my car for delivering. I made more than 4 phone calls to Brandon to check the status and each time he told it would be shipped the next day. After 6 or 7 days, I contacted his Manager and she told it would be taken care and he increased the carrier price and the very next day my car was picked up and the driver delivered on time.
