My experience with magic carpet auto was not the norm. I originally went with another company who lied to me for a week until I found MCA. Initially we had trouble finding a truck for about a week and had to make a new strategy. We found out that Pittsburgh is a tough area for pick-ups unless you are willing to dish out big $$$. Jeff was COMPLETELY HONEST with me and went the extra mile trying to complete my order ASAP! I am now his longest customer but bottom line is that I finally got my car! Although I had to pay an extra $150 on top of the original $800 quote, it was a steal due to the circumstances. I can't thank him enough and I am glad that there are genuine, hard working people like him in this business which can be totally stressful for any customer.
