Sue Garrison provided great service and on-time follow-up. Discussed order and special requirements 3 weeks befoe pickup was needed and she met every milestone during that time. The auto transporter she identified was on time, with a clean truck and with friendly driver. She follow-up after the pickup to ensure the company arrived and she called after the schedulued drop off day. I could not have asked for a better representative. This was the first time that I have ever shipped a car and was effortless on my part due to her diligent follow trough. I higly recommend Magic Carpet as a result of her efforts and I would use them again should the need ever arise. The overall cost ws reasoanble considering my insistence that the car could not be exposed to rain or risk of damage. An enclosed transport was the chosen method of delivery. I shipped over the holiday weekend which is the reason for delivery taking 5 days, else it would have been only 1 or 2 days. Driver called and notified when he was about an hour away on the delivery and the drop off. Overall experience was extremely positive.
